Ropes and Tape



Here are more dirty rotten cheaters choking their opponents with foreign objects.  When this sexy brother in white gear was forced into the Alaskans' corner, the big lumberjack outside the ring decided to wrap the tag rope around his neck.
 

Check out Bryan Pillman, slowly passing out with a piece of string cutting off his air supply.  The other cocky member of the Midnight Express watches for the ref with his boot propped on the ropes.  These blond boys are ruthless!
Bob Orton would often wrap tape around his injured arm, until this big beefy opponent unwrapped it, and now strangles Orton with his own tape!  Later Orton got smart and put a cast on his arm instead.
For some reason, this big cowboy with the tall leather boots is allowed to bring a bull rope into the ring. This is totally vicious, why do the refs allow one man to bring a weapon??  He uses the thick rope to choke Bob Backlund into submission.

This may be the same victim, Bob Backlund, again suffering in an illegal choke with a foreign object.  Check out Billy Graham's bicep as he flexes his muscles to pull the tape that he unwrapped from his wrist into Backlund's neck.

Later, bare-chested Mil Mascaras shows Graham how it feels to be strangled, as he ties a noose around the muscle man's neck and cranks on the pressure.
Usually we see the beefy old veterans taking advantage of the cute young rookies.  Here they've flipped the script, as the smooth young stud blocks the ref's view so he can wrap some tape, or maybe a piece of string, around the throat of the hairy old brawler.


Now this is getting out of hand! Crusher Verdu and his manager are strangling Igor with the microphone wire!  He could be electrocuted, let alone smothered!
You gotta love that brawny, hairy body on Mark Lewin!  Some evil Japanese dude is cheating by twisting a choke-cord around the beefy American's neck. I don't suppose the Japanese ref will enforce the rules in this match!
  



Another Asian warrior, with wild bleach-blond hair, feels the need to gain the advantage over his young opponent by crushing his throat with a choke-cord.

What is it with these Japanese wrestlers constantly choking their opponents with foreign objects?? Maybe this comes from their Ninja culture.  This brute in the one-strap singlet has loosened the tape from his wrist.
He hooks the tape over the other man's neck and starts jerking it tighter.  Great expression of helpless agony on the victim's face!
The victim collapses to the mat, gasping for air.  The fans calmly watch his struggle with little emotion.  They must see this sort of brutality all the time in Japan.

Give me a break, where is the ref??  The attacker is now clawing the choking victim's face, trying to rip his nose off!
All this choking and strangling with foreign objects is outrageous and totally brutal!  Don't the attackers ever feel guilty or ashamed for using illegal tactics like this on their poor opponents??
