Tough Enough vs Nova & Idol

Here are the winners of MTV's Tough Enough 3, Matt Cappotelli, the long-haired blond with the cute smile, and John Hennigan, the dark and handsome stud in the leather coat.

To prepare for their WWE careers, they have formed a tag team in Ohio Valley Wrestling called "Tough Enough."  Here they are shirtless backstage as they discuss their wrestling strategies.
The boys from Tough Enough better be on their game tonight, because they are facing these two ripped studs:  Aaron "The Idol" Stevens with the darker hair and lean physique and Nova with that ripped body and sandy brown hair.

Matt starts the match against Idol but he isn't doing too well.  Here Idol puts him in a painful Arm Stretcher.

Poor Matt needs some help from his partner.  He struggles with all his might to reach a tag, but Idol is too strong for him and prevents the tag.
Now Nova enters the ring, to take his turn at punishing the cocky winner of Tough Enough 3.  He yanks the cute boy up by his golden locks.

"Maybe you can beat up the chicks and sissies that MTV put in the ring with you, but you don't stand a chance in MY ring!  Stand up bitch, so I can knock you down again!"

"Come here and blow me, pretty boy!"

Poor Matt is humiliated as Nova yanks him around by his hair, pressing Matt's face down near his crotch.

Matt's anger boils over, and he flattens both opponents with a clothesline.  Like a drowning man, he reaches for his partner's hand.
Hey!   John Hennigan is not reaching in and tagging his partner!  This is outrageous, clearly he sees his friend reaching for a desperate tag.

"Please man, tag in!  I can't take any more abuse from these two gorillas, you gotta help me!  Come on John!!"

Oh no, Hennigan is walking away, leaving his friend and partner helpless in the ring!  This is horrible, why is John doing this to poor Matt?

Nova and Idol pounce on Matt like wolves on a lone sheep. They rain kicks and punches all over his body.

Hennigan picks up a microphone to explain his bizarre actions:

"Matt, everyone knows I'm the better wrestler on this team, yet you've been trying to grab all the glory!"

This is sickening.  Poor Matt has done nothing wrong, yet his partner has left him all alone and helpless.  The double teaming bullies continue to punish him in the ring.

"You want all the glory??  That's fine with me.  Let's see how you do all by yourself tonight!"

Wow, John may have abandoned his partner, but damn, he is ripped!  Our boy has been working out since his days on MTV!
Nova drops to one knee and flexes like a show-off.  Idol scoops up Matt.  Oh no!  Are they doing what I think they're doing???

They are doing it!  Idol is about to slam Matt's back right across Nova's bent knee!  They are about to destroy this poor young man!  Can't the ref stop them?

CRACK!!    Matt's lower back snaps as he is broken over Nova's knee.  He collapses down to the mat.  This is a disgusting show of two-on-one brutality!

Hennigan clearly doesn't care that they are tearing apart his friend.  He shrugs his shoulders, saying "Oh well.  Kick his ass if you want to."  What an arrogant hunk!

At last, Aaron "The Idol" Stevens dives on Matt's broken body for an easy pin, putting Matt out of his misery.

Oh no, now he snatches his young opponent up by the hair, stopping the ref on the count of 2.  This is awful, Matt clearly can't take any more!  Just pin him!

Idol whips Matt into the corner, slamming his back into the buckles.  Then he tags Nova to give him another chance to torture their opponent.  This is sadistic!
The cheating bastards double-suplex Matt, slamming him hard on his injured back.  Obviously this young man is beaten, he is already limp as a dishrag and has no partner to tag in, so why don't the bastards just pin him and get it over with??

Nova has mercy on poor Matt and finally pins him for a count of three.  Matt's punishment is finished, but is the team of Tough Enough also finished?

Later Matt confronts his friend John in the ring.  "Why did you leave me to the wolves, Partner??  I was begging you to help me, and you turned your back!"

"Well Matt, why do you think we can never win matches and move up to the WWE??  It sure isn't my fault, so it must be YOU!"

"I thought we were best friends, ever since we shared a room on Tough Enough.  But if this is how you feel about me, maybe we should go our separate ways."

This time Matt turns his back on his partner and stomps away in anger.  He can't stand Hennigan's cocky attitude any more. I guess this tag team is over.

Suddenly Hennigan attacks his former friend from behind, and slams his face into the corner buckles.  What is wrong with John Hennigan, this is his friend!

Oh my god!  John sets up Matt for a Pile Driver!  I think he is trying to injure his former pal.  Poor Matt is always getting beaten down like this, just like during Tough Enough when Bob Holly kicked his face in.
CRUNCH!  Matt is spiked on his head by the man he considered his best friend.  If he wasn't injured before, he is sure hurting now!
John stands over his former partner in victory, watching him grip his neck and roll around moaning in pain.  This is tragic, John has no mercy.

John Hennigan has allowed his ego to destroy a great friendship.  He turns his back on his partner for the last time and leaves the ring, putting an end to the Tough Enough tag team.
