The Dragon Sleeper is a reverse variation of the sleeper hold.  You stand behind the opponent and bend his head backwards with his face under your forearm, locking your fingers under his neck.

 
 

Someone drew a hot image of a ripped stud in red trunks bent back in a painful Dragon Sleeper for this book cover or advertisement.  The artist sure knew what hot hold would get the fans' attention: a lean hard body on display!

Now here is a rare variation of the Dragon Sleeper, hanging over the ropes!  The bald dude in control grips the top rope with his legs and bends the ripped stud backwards, suspending him upside down like a side of beef.  The ref orders them to get off the ropes, but Baldie has a nice tight grip and isn't about to let go now.
