Leg Knot |

A "Leg Knot" includes any miscellaneous hold where the legs become tangled or tied in knots. This handsome lad steps on the opponent's foot to trap it, then pries up on the opposite foot. |

The older bearded daddy really seems to know his wrestling holds. He wraps his hairy leg over the hamstring of the man in blue and hooks his foot under the other thigh. |

As the dude in blue struggles to untangle his legs, the daddy calmly locks his legs in tighter. |

I call this one the standing Figure Four. Somehow the beefy dude barred the victim's foot behind his knee, then stepped over the free foot. He looks like he could stand there all day with that foot in his crotch. |
