The number one master of the Figure 4 Leglock, the stud who used this devastating hold to win over a dozen world championships, was the "Nature Boy" Ric Flair.  Here he is calmly cinching it on some screaming blond jobber in a red speedo.

Flair twists his body to the side and violently throws his weight into this hold, causing the jobber to beg him to spare his leg. Flair really knew how to work this hold, making it appear that he is about to snap the victim's leg off. How many thousands of wrestlers have been forced to beg for mercy after Flair clamped on the Figure 4?

 
 
 

From ringside, Curt Hennig watches his pal the Nature Boy "stylin' and profilin' " all over muscle-jobber Jimmy Powers.   As Flair raises his body on one hand and cranks up the pressure, the jobber in matching red gear lies motionless, passed out from the beating he sustained. The ref quickly counts the muscle boy out before the merciless champ destroys his knee.

These two champions dominated the Big Two federations for over a decade.  Flair, relaxed with a cocky grin, shows that he is the true heavyweight champ of the world as he forces Hulk Hogan to squeal like a pig.

 
 

Now Slick Ric is getting creative.  He wraps the victim's legs around the corner post, then slaps on the Figure 4.  The victim's groin is smashed against the steel post while his legs are destroyed by Flair's legs.

 
  

	Oh no, Magnum TA, the sexy blond hombre in the black speedo and cowboy boots, is using Flair's own hold against him!  Poor Flair is being humiliated in his own leglock.
	As the cowboy turns up the pressure, Flair howls in agony.  Now the Nature Boy gets to experience the pain and suffering he caused to so many other wrestlers.
	Flair twists and squirms, attempting a reversal. The cowboy raises one arm, looking like he's riding a bucking bronco at the rodeo.

 
 

Now big fat Dusty Rhodes, also in cowboy boots, is insulting Ric Flair by punishing him with a Figure 4. Why do so many guy's get off on humiliating Slick Ric by using his own signature move on him?

In a later match, a bloody Flair reminds Dusty that he is still the master of this hold.  The big, fat, slab of beef learns a lesson in respect from the champ.

 
 

Here's handsome rookie Barry Windham also clamping the Figure 4 Leglock on the Nature Boy.  Windham leans back on his hands, relaxing while he tortures the veteran.  "Now you know how it feels, prick!"

The rookie throws some more pressure into the hold, nearly snapping Flair's leg. "How does that feel, Nature Boy?"  Flair howls in agony.  For some reason, when Flair was trapped in his own hold, it seemed to hurt him even more than it did other wrestlers.  Maybe it was the embarrassment.
