The victim of the Figure 4 can reverse the hold by flipping over onto his belly.  This reverses the pain because, with the other guy's foot trapped against his crotch, he can bend back the leg of the guy applying the hold.  This masked stud thought he won the match when he locked on the Figure 4, but instead he gets a taste of his own medicine.

 
 

The kid in the black muscle shirt screams out loud as some mysterious dude in a purple hood slaps on a Figure 4.

The kid refuses to submit.  Instead he twists onto his knees and raises his body on a chair for extra leverage.  Suddenly the man in the purple mask is forced to scream in pain and slap the carpet in frustration.

 
 

As the beefy hunk in the skimpy red speedo tries to reverse the hold, his opponent struggles desperately to prevent him from flipping over.  That twisting could snap his leg!

  

Tom Zenk is suffering in a tight Figure 4 leglock applied by Flyin' Brian Pillman.  These guys are former tag team partners, so why is Brian applying so much pressure to poor Zenk?  Later, Z-Man is able to roll over, using his  hard ass to bend back Pillman's sexy white wrestling boot and reverse the pain.

 
 

Here is the Z-Man again, this time twisting out of the devastating Figure 4 leglock of Greg Valentine while Flyin' Brian cheers for him in their corner.  Z-Man reaches the ropes, but Valentine is reluctant to untangle his legs and release the hold.

 
 
 

'Hotstuff" Eddie Gilbert in the light green tights has rookie Jeff Jarrett suffering in the center of the ring. The brave young hero refuses to submit.  He tries to try to roll over and reverse this painful hold.

 
 

The fans are screaming for their young pretty boy as he twists his body to the side and continues to struggle bravely, one arm raised for leverage. He nearly has the hold reversed on the crafty veteran.

The camera zooms in on the concerned face of Gilbert.  The handsome devil looks nervous that this cocky young rookie is about to humiliate him by turning the tables.

 
  

Not so fast!  Gilbert yanks on the kid's boot lace, which gives him enough leverage to roll onto his back and maintain the Figure 4.  This isn't fair, to use the laces of the rookie's boot to keep him in this painful hold.  The fans are screaming about the rule violation but the referee didn't see it.
The camera zooms in on Gilbert's hands to show the fans at home this illegal use of the boot lace.  Poor young Jarrett can't even attempt to twist out of the Figure 4 as long as this cruel cheater has the leverage with the boot lace.
