Face Stand

AJ Styles has over-powered Jeff Jarrett, leaving Jarrett at his feet, helpless on the mat.  AJ's partner Sting watches the cocky young man standing over his fallen enemy.  What will AJ do now that he has the upper hand?

He blatantly stands on Jarrett's face, pressing the bottom of his boot on the beaten man's cheek! This is totally degrading, why does AJ feel the need to humiliate poor Jarrett??
Here is some boot action from the classic days of pro wrestling, when Men were Men and Wrestling was brutal.  Dick the Bruiser tries to crush this Arab's skull under his leather boot.
Both the Japanese ref and the Japanese wrestler are laughing as the big man wipes his nasty boot on the American jobber's face.  They must think it's pretty amusing to see an American helpless under their feet, suffering as they press a dirty boot on his neck.
This American wrestler is through the ropes, so the Japanese stud needs to back off.  The cocky Jap pretends he can't understand the ref's orders, so he can continue to choke the other man under his foot.  He has no mercy on his American opponent!
Assassin #1 tosses his masked opponent into their corner.  Then both Assassins throw a boot party, stomping the man and pressing their feet in his face.
Now Larry Hennig is about to start a riot by stomping on this young man's face.  The fans can't stand seeing their heroes destroyed and degraded like this!

A Face Stand is the icing on the cake of humiliation!  This dude casually stands over the beaten man, one boot pressed on his cheek in a classic pose of domination.
 
No matter what hold the stud in the blue speedo is applying, he finds a way to press his boot into the singlet dude's face or mouth.  How does that leather taste, tough guy?

Ronnie Garvin loved to stomp other wrestlers into submission under his shiny red boots.  This blond kid is out cold, but rather than laying down on the man chest to chest, Garvin pins him under his foot.

OK Garvin, we can all see that you've beaten this poor kid.  So why do you need to disrespect him by pinning him with your foot??  Does this make you feel powerful?

Here is beefy Ron Garvin again standing with his boot on some blond boy's neck.  The muscular bully seems to enjoy this position, standing over a beaten opponent with a foot on his face.

How do you think this young man feels, in front of all the fans, helpless on the mat while another man grinds the sole of his boot on his face?  Garvin is using this poor kid as a Welcome Mat!
Terry Taylor was another pro wrestler who got off on walking all over his opponents.  He liked to step both feet on the side of a man's face and stand there a while, bouncing to crush the guy's face under his feet.  

I think the wrestler in the patent leather boots is twisting this poor guy's arm or wrist.  He steps one of those boots on the dude's cheek for leverage.

"OK,  OWWWW!   OK, I submit!  Now get your nasty boot off my face!   OUCH, I said I SUBMIT!!"
The recruit in the red speedo must have disobeyed the Drill Instructor, so the Drill Instructor wrestled the cocky stud into submission and stepped a combat boot on his face to remind him who is the boss.

Barefoot young Liam Ryan flips the script in this match against the Brooklyn Bodywrecker.  Over and over, Liam rubs his bare foot in the hairy heel's face.  How is this skinny kid getting away with these tactics?  Why is the hairier man allowing this smooth kid to humiliate him with his foot??
