Leg Workout






"I'm gonna teach you young grapplers an awesome workout to build up the muscles in your calfs and hamstrings.  Step One is to wrap your leg around some other guy's head, hooking your knee under his chin in a Figure 4 position."

"Step Two: Flex your thigh muscles, hamstring, and calf with all your strength.  Picture yourself crushing his head with your leg.  If he struggles, that's your cue to squeeze even harder."

   

"The third step is to press with your hands and tighten your ass to lift him off the mat.  This allows you to pump up your chest and arms in a push-up as well as flexing and squeezing with your legs!"






"Next, take a few minutes to catch your breath and let the blood flow back into your legs. It's smart to rest at least a minute between sets. Periodically squeeze your boy toy just enough to keep him from getting away."
"Trust me, you don't need fancy equipment to build powerful legs. It's more fun to work out on another man's body than on a machine!  

After a few minutes, it's time to pump up again.  Tighten your ass, flex your hamstrings, and flip him back up into a sitting position."
"Notice the tight tension in my legs, ass, and even my upper arms.  This is important for developing your muscles.  If you can still hear him whimpering and groaning, then you aren't squeezing hard enough."




"Now to work out your outer leg muscles, lay on your side and straighten your legs into a traditional scissor.  Flex and then relax your leg muscles 50 to 100 times, resting briefly in between each squeeze."

"If your squeeze toy rises to his knees, this is a perfect time to work your inner thigh muscles.  Force your knees together like you're trying to pop a soccer ball between your legs."




































"Now it's back to the side position for 50 to 100 more grinding squeezes.  Don't forget to clench your ass muscles as well.  Your legs should be feeling an intense rock-hard pump by this time, and your squeeze toy should be growing soft and limp."



 
"This is a great series of exercises to strengthen your legs. You can tell by my massive thighs that I've done this hundreds of times, sometimes for an hour straight."

"GRRRRR!   My hamstrings weren't quite burned out, so I flipped him up and straightened my legs for a third huge stretch, while flexing every muscle in my body."





"About 50 more flexing humps down on the mat will really get the old leg muscles burning.  My legs are as hard as tree trunks now."

"I could continue this grinding and flexing for at least another half hour, but it looks like my squeeze toy is about ready to break down between my knees."


"Oh well, it feels too good to stop now.  I again burn out my inner thighs by trying to crush his neck between my knees."



 

"It's time to start cooling down now.  Sit back, rest your leg across his neck, and squeeze just hard enough to keep him under your power."

"OK thats a decent work-out for your right leg.  Now you need to flip the guy over and repeat the process using your left leg, so one leg doesn't grow stronger than the other.
