Team Photos

Just like singles wrestlers, Tag Team wrestlers also create publicity photos for their fans to check out which displays the style or attitude of their team.

It's always hot when the Tag Team wrestlers look and dress identical.  The Borgs were a pair of handsome, ruthless twins who wreaked havoc in British Pro Wrestling.

The Medicos were a pair of beefy Mexican grapplers who wore identical white masks and tights.  Even though they wore white, these beefy killers were ruthless, cheating whenever possible in the ring.
It's also nice to see a Tag Team embrace each other for their photos as these stocky hunks are doing, their arms wrapped protectively around each other.

The pretty-boy Tag Teams are often posed in very loving positions, maybe to imply they are gay.  These proud studs in their red, white, and blue gear don't seem to care what people think, standing like lovers with the bigger man wrapping his arm around his handsome partner.

Soon after World War 2, the Von Stroheim's began destroying other Tag Teams with their vicious tactics and cruelty. You can easily tell from their publicity photo that these aren't cute pretty-boys who are fun to tangle with.  These are clearly ruthless brawlers who like to make other men suffer!

Not only were the Germans out for revenge, but there were some fierce Japanese wrestlers as well hoping to punish the American Tag Teams.  Tanaka and Fuji don't look too happy about that big bomb dropped on Hiroshima.

Check out these intense, hairy studs, kneeling proudly next to their trophy in their black wrestling gear.  They aren't smiling with pride, so I think this is another heartless, vicious Tag Team who like to cause pain.

Billy Jack and Kerry drape their belts over their shoulders, letting them dangle over their husky bodies and down over their crotches.  This is a hot pose, but they are teasing us by covering up their incredible bodies!

These young hunks in their tight singlets are proud of their shiny gold belts.  They hold the belts up while posing shoulder to shoulder for the photo.
These brawny studs look butch in their cowboy hats and boots, challenging the fans to come wrestle with them by pointing directly at the camera.  Would you like to climb in the ring with these big hombres?

Here is a more modern team that used the sexy Cowboy gimmick:  The "Smokin' Gunns" Billy and Bart. Their duster jackets are parted to show off their bare chests and shiny gold belts as they pose in their matching jeans and boots.

For a while, Paul Orndorff formed a Tag Team with his lean smooth brother, Terry Orndorff, who he constantly had to rescue from trouble.  I guess Paul got all the testosterone and muscle in this family!

Brother Tag Teams are always fun to watch because one brother can't stand to see his flesh and blood getting punished and tortured in the ring.  Here is chubby Jerry Oates standing hip-to-hip with brother Ted, ready for action.

Take a look at these handsome young Sheiks, dressing in traditional Arab head-dresses.  The caption says they are the Mansour Brothers, and they sure are a good-looking pair!  I wonder if they were vicious and brutal in the ring??

In many Tag Team photos, one member will kneel down submissively before the other, to show the fans who the dominant partner is.  Here  a tall stud takes a knee while the hairy-chested blond places a hand on his shoulder like he's patting a dog.

Here is a masked stud in all white gear kneeling before his beefy partner, who gives him a shoulder rub. Are the photographers posing these wrestlers to make it appear they are gay, or does it only look that way?

In the 1970's, Dino Bravo and Gino Brito were about the hottest Tag Team in the ring, electrifying the fans with their beefy bodies.  Here the older man takes the obedient knee to highlight the power in young Dino Bravo's stocky body.

One of the earliest Baby-Face Tag Teams were the High-Flyers, Greg Gagne and Jimmy Brunzell.  Check out the gay vibe these smiling lads are giving off, first joining their hands in their matching white speedos, and then with Jimmy wrapping his arm around his partner's bare shoulders.

Michael Hayes from the Fabulous Freebirds also got over with the fans by acting just a bit sexual with his partners, forcing the fans to constantly wonder "Is he, or isn't he??"  Here the hairy-chested stud presses his mouth near his blond partner's cheek while staring longingly at the camera.

Here are some bad-ass brawny killers looking for some fresh meat to tear up.  The Fabulous Kangaroos proudly show off their hairy chests, thick guts, and wide belts, while the Andersons stand belly to belly, with Ole pointing at the camera to challenge any fan who would dare to get in the ring with them.

Regal and Huber covered each other in oil for this publicity photo, where they are sharing one belt.  I'll bet many fans would love to see the photos of these two hunks getting each other greased up for this picture.

In the 1980's, Barry Windham and Mike Rotunda were the high-flying heroes of the WWF.  Barry always seemed to be touching and caressing his partner's stocky body.  Is Barry pointing at the other man's belt, or at his package? Either way, he draws the viewer's attention to Rotunda's crotch area.

Tom Zenk and Rick Martel were another baby-face team that the WWE promoted in the 1980's.  These studs looked very similar with their muscular bodies, dark handsome features, and matching white gear. For some reason, a Tag Team is always a bit more exciting when the guys are identical.

Later Zenk travelled to Japan where he partnered up with some other muscular young Americans:  Phil Lafon, Doug Furnas, and maybe a young Dustin Rhodes.  Apparently the Japanese fans also enjoy seeing their handsome wrestlers posed together and smiling sweetly.

The Rock and Roll Express -- Robert Gibson and Ricky Morton -- were the cute boy-toy Tag Team from NWA wrestling.  Here they are posed in a very suggestive crotch-to-ass position as Ricky bends over before his dominant partner.

Now the cuties are posed cheek to cheek like a married couple in their wedding photos.  What are they implying in this photo, with their white jackets, bandanas, and headbands, their faces less than an inch apart??

Here is Ricky Morton in another hot photo, this time linking arms with two other muscular young hunks: Gran Apollo and Ken Lucas.  The best publicity photos inspire the fans to think about how it would be to wrestle against the studs in the photo.
The Fantastics were another pair of high-flying Baby-Faces from the 1980's.  They liked to dress like male strippers with their bow-ties and tuxedo vests.  They were probably hot enough to really be Chippendales!

The American Males, Marcus Bagwell and Scotty Riggs, about caused me a heart attack the first time they climbed in the ring in the early 1990's.  Here they are looking sexy, posed in their expensive accessories like a pair of male models.

The newest Tag Team in the WWE also wear bow ties and suspenders over their shirtless, muscular bodies.  They are called " The Dicks," which I suppose is a coincidence and has no intended sexual meaning at all.

A few modern Tag Teams have stopped dancing around implying they are gay, and flat out admit they are gay.  This hot pair of studs, Instant Heat, are known as a homosexual couple and are very popular down south.

It's sometimes hard to determine which wrestler on a Tag Team is hotter, so you know who you'd like to see punished.  Aryx has a hard, lean physique and cocky attitude while Nick Archer is an intense stud with a killer body and brutal attitude.

Their opponents are these two ruthless hotties, Shane Styles and Beau Nasty.  These cocky studs look incredible in their matching baby-blue trunks, with their smoldering good looks and perfect bodies.

If you're into beefy bodies packed into skimpy speedos, check out this Tag Team.  These two big daddies need some fresh jobbers to work over if you're interested.

In order to look more identical, which is a turn-on for many wrestling fans, these studs styled their hair the same and put on matching white singlets.  They stare intensely at the camera, begging us to come wrestle with them.

Here are a pair of hard-bodies from the modern Indy scene, strutting to the ring in their matching black and yellow outfits.  They even have matching tattoos proudly displayed on their left pec muscles like a badge of honor.

Here are three pals from the Indy wrestling scene who decided to pose together when they saw how incredible all their bodies looked.  That's A.J. Styles looking sweaty in the middle as he wraps his arms around the taller hotties on his left and right.  Great bodies, guys!

I wonder if Scottie Mac, the blond hottie on our right, had trouble finding a Tag Team partner who is as hot as himself.  He finally succeeded with this tall, dark, and handsome fox with the lean body and the soul-patch on his chin.

Many fans of IWA Mid-South wrestling are talking about these long-haired lean studs, Black and Brave.  That's Tyler Black and Marek Brave proudly showing off their muscles and their thick championship belts.
