Tied Up In a Bow

The Bow and Arrow is a punishing Backbreaker hold where you stretch the opponent across your shins, pulling down his chin and feet to bend him into an arch.

The victim's chest and stomach are on display in this hot hold, as the attacker bounces him up and down and stretches him until he submits.

This Japanese wrestler is bent and broken across his opponent's knees, totally humiliated by this degrading position.
Matt Stryker, wearing his tight green speedo, loves to put dudes in the dreaded Bow and Arrow.

Here is Stryker applying a One Legged variation of the Bow and Arrow, torturing some dude in red tights.

Damn, what a hot body on this suffering stud!  This hold is a great way for a wrestler to show off a muscular physique.

Here is a nice Old School photo of a Bow and Arrow applied on some bearded grappler in striped trunks.

The attacker is wearing some kind of S&M costume -- a leather mask and black leather pants.  I know the villain is supposed to be sadistic, but he sure dressed the part!

I like how C.M. Punk wraps this kid's arm under his chin to gain the leverage to roll him into the Bow.  That is a good idea, I'll have to remember that technique.
This ripped dude in tights is Rob Eckos, a rising star of Indy Wrestling.  I wonder if the muscular wrestlers ask their opponents to apply the Bow and Arrow so their awesome physiques will be on display for the fans to drool over.

The fans get a peek of this dude's black underwear, poking out of his trunks as he raises his opponent into the painful Bow and Arrow position.

After toying with this jobber for about 10 minutes, slowly weakening his lower back, Al Perez finishes him off with the dreaded Bow and Arrow.  That is just cruel!

This sexy hairy dude applies a kneeling variation of the Bow.  Rather than raising the helpless victim up on his shins, he simply plants a knee in the kid's back and twists him back.

Another hairy chested stud breaks his chubby opponent's back with the Kneeling Bow and Arrow.  Hairy guys must like this move for some reason.
I think that is young Mark Lewin with the hairy chest, applying the kneeling variation on some beefy jobber. He calmly maintains the pressure for about 2 minutes, waiting for the poor guy to submit.

Back in the old days of Pro Wrestling, the victim's would submit to routine holds like this prolonged Bow and Arrow.  Now-a-days the victim must be completely destroyed in multiple killer holds before he will surrender.
