The most humiliating way to choke an opponent is to step on his neck, not even using your hands to punish him.  This ripped bully in the leather pants and bandana blatantly stands on the jobber's throat to choke him, until the ref finally orders him to step off.
I believe that's Jerry Lawler suffering under this vicious stud's white boot.  The stud is holding something in the victim's face --  that maybe the microphone so all the fans can hear him submit.
Now Lawler has learned to be brutal in the ring.  He tortures some shirtless stud with a boot to the neck.

	Cassidy is the victim of a humilating beating in this match however, as an inked dude in white gear walks all over the beaten hunk in the black briefs.
Poor Cole struggles for air, now understanding how it feels to be beaten by a stronger man.  The cruel stud in the white gear crosses his boot behind his calf and begins bouncing up and down on young Cole's neck!
